Bait and switch. I bought one tree and got another. Their driver told me that they would exchange it and then the lot refused to do so. I went back to the lot and showed them pictures which I had already texted to them. They still refused to exchange it. When I told them that I would post on social media warning people not to buy from them they agreed to exchange it but only if I brought the tree back myself. It is a 9' tree.
