Traveled to Maine for vacation and booked a massage at the tree house yesterday. I booked what I thought was a lymphatic massage with oils etc. the price was $220 for 1 hr which is exceptionally higher than Chicago if you can believe it. I had a massage with a therapist who I really really like and none of this has to do with her but with the resort and misleading descriptions had me thinking I was getting a lymphatic massage but it was sadly not the case. Beautiful little foresty spot with excellent services!
Such a wonderful experience. The couples massage was amazing, and the room was incredibly cozy and inviting. Everything felt calm, thoughtful, and relaxing. Highly recommend!
The place is very beautiful but for that price I would have expected better: - booked at 90 mins couple massage got 80 mins (started late finished early) - massage quality was below average compared to other places in Maine - there is a 20% tip but this is mentioned on their website. For clarity I would just put this in the price as a fee. This came as a surprise for us... just be aware when you book there add 20% for this
