My experience with Tree of Life Birthing Center was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I originally had an appointment scheduled for March 12, but due to multiple recent ER visits during my pregnancy, it was recommended that I see my OB sooner. I called the office and was able to reschedule for March 5. I drove over an hour and a half to this appointment only to be treated rudely by the receptionist upon arrival. Had my son here and it was the best experience. I was so happy to be in a comfortable environment with professionals who listened to what I wanted instead of telling me what I needed to do. It was a beautiful and intimate moment. I used the birthing tub but ended up delivering in a bed. It was nice to have a private room. Be prepared to go home not long after birth , as long as all vitals check out, and return the next day for a checkup. I felt very take care of by every staff member. INCOME RESTRICTION BEWARE: I had considered posting for sometime but didn't feel it necessary until now. They claim to take Medicaid but that's a joke, they will attempt (so they claim) to bill your insurance once and then immediately switch to billing you personally. In my case (if they did actually attempt to bill because my insurance agent could find no claims for the date or amount that they "tried" to bill me for personally) they claim that my insurance was "inactive" AND IMMEDIATELY SENT ME AN INVOICE FOR ALMOST $1,000... read more

Words can never express my gratitude for the ladies at tree of life. Brandi, Kaleen, Ashley and Aelis all made my experience the best I could ever ask for. I had a specific birth plan and I knew that there was a chance it wouldn’t all go according to plan, but every single thing I had hoped for came true. I gave birth to my beautiful daughter via a water birth which was such an amazing experience. The support of these ladies really made going the unmedicated route so much easier. I can’t thank these wonderful people enough for assuring I had the birth I wanted with my son. David caught my baby and he was absolutely amazing! Made me feel very comfortable the entire time. The birth suites are gorgeous and equipped with very deep tubs for labor or birth. The showers in the rooms were everything a postpartum mom could dream of. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
