Does not last as long or as well as it should for what they cost. This is what happened to one of the handles on ours after about three years. Yes that is jagged rusty metal!! Our yard is shaded by trees and faces south so it was not baking in the sun. It was the handle for the least used feature on the playset and these are preschool and younger elementary aged children playing on it, not big kids. We have not seen one of the Tree Frogs handle in such poor condition after only 3 years but that’s not to say it can’t happen. We will take care of your issue and replace the handle. The swing set is beautiful and was quickly installed; however, I noticed an issue on the ladder that needed to be fixed so I contacted the team via email - didn’t hear anything for two weeks. I followed up again and they gave me a number to contact for scheduling. I spoke to Gabriel, who assured me that he would contact me to get a date and time scheduled to come out and fix the issue.
