Great experience from start to finish. From the sales rep, Scott with Epic Backyards, who called back very quickly on a holiday weekend, to the warehouse manager communicating quickly with the sales rep to schedule my installation, to the installation team arriving on time and assembling the swing set in record time. Wow. I had no idea the amount of work that would go into the refurbishing of our swing. These men knew exactly what needed to be done. The amount of time and effort required for them to completely restrain it was interesting to watch. They were meticulous on the dismantling the staining and reassembling of the swing. They did a Great job! We are so pleased.
