Got a puncture in my tubeless set up a couple of hours before I had to rack my bike for iron man Swansea popped into treads with no appointment. They were clearly busy helping other people with bikes that were being serviced for the event. I know they didn’t have time to help me But they did and it was hugely appreciated. Very helpful service today ended up purchasing the bike i was interested in. Sales person amazing her name was Ange.
We were helped in our purchase choice and process by Ange who was quite fabulous. Knowledgeable, courteous and very very helpful. Ange made our experience excellent. Will be asking for her on our next visit.
Local lad and I've shopped here for years, spent lots of money there but this will be my last. Ordered two new tyres and two new valves, went to fit the tyre and valve only to find air leaking from the valve so I thought I know I'll call the shop, that sent me through to customer service not the shop, so they told me to hang up and ring again and then choose the option to get through to the shop, only they're was no option but just straight back through to the call center so guy then said his and I'll connect you to shop, te... read more
