Very good selection of bikes and accessories, well worth a visit
Good sales experience but very bad after warranty expired for a problem that was there in the brake system from the first day I bought the bike
Picked up a new bike from store and was served by Ange. It was very busy and I did have to wait a little while, however, the staff were lovely and explained they were a member of staff down. Ange was great though and made sure I had everything I ordered and happy before I left!
Honestly, the customer service from the staff in the store today, i can only describe as absolutely appalling. Went in to purchase a helmet and look at the bikes to buy a bike for christmas, to be greeted by nothing but arrogance and rudeness from a male staff member i asked help from. He was unhelpful, blunt, and completely unprofessional who made us feel like a nuisance and as if our questions were frustrating him and he didn't have time for them. He clearly couldn't be arsed.
