Good sales experience but very bad after warranty expired for a problem that was there in the brake system from the first day I bought the bike
Absolutely shocking! Got myself a new e-bike 4 months ago! Motor give up on me 1100 miles took back to the shop for warranty been waiting 2 weeks and still not done I’ve gone to the store and emailed and that’s all I’m getting is bull…. When I first dropped the bike off they tried to palm me off saying it just needed a update but later realised I needed a new motor the guy who works in the workshop told me it would be ready to pick up the following week as they always have parts being delivered! Great service again from the team.
Rude, incompetent, and condescending staff.
Received a bike with a damaged saddle. The customer support team has been so far very unhelpful having explained and provided evidence of the issue. Avoid if you want a caring team who is willing to support without having to escalate. My only option seems to be buying from Brompton and taking Tredz to small court claims to get a refund for the replacement.
