Harley my 12-year-old morkie went here for the 1st time a couple weeks ago. The guy at the front asked if he could have a treat when we entered. Harley loves his treats! That helped Harley feel right at home; besides the affection he was receiving from both the guy and gal at the front. Rebekah his groomer did great with him, and she texted me 15 minutes prior to his grooming getting completed so he spent less time there. Very calming environment and they took great care of him!
Since I adopted my senior yorkie, I would take her for haircut with Keegan and Rebecca. They are both so awesome and people at the northland location is just so sweet and caring. They took care of my dog so well.
this store used to be a lot better. i’ve been ordering my dogs cakes from here for years and they’ve always done a great job. I called a few days ago and was rushed through the ordering process and I told them I wanted it to say happy birthday georgie and they put george so I guess i’ll take a name change on my dog? also didn’t ask me if I wanted an edible number which i’ve always had asked before. will be getting my cakes elsewhere from now on.
This was such an important birthday for our sweet boy, and seeing his name on such a beautifully made cake meant so much to us. The attention to detail and decoration were perfect. Thank you for helping make his day memorable. Highly recommend!
We have a dog with grooming anxiety and he is very hard to groom. Keegan did an outstanding job and is very patient with him. Also the communication from Keegan to us regarding the grooming was awesome.
