This location is absolutely fur-tastic! I called this morning from my hotel and spoke with Jacob (Jake) about using the self-service dog wash. He explained that walk-ins were welcome, although appointments are preferred, and he took the time to walk me through the entire process. Treats Unleashed is the best! I have a senior puggle who has hearing and vision loss. She used to get a bit stressed when we would get her groomed at prior groomers. At Treats Unleashed, she is always relaxed and happy when I pick her up, they really make her comfortable! Plus they do a great job de-shedding her and making her smell nice!
We went in quickly and on time for appointment and they told us to wait 5 minutes, and that is literally what it took! Our puppy Mowgli was in and out quickly and calm for his first ever trim! We are definitely going to bring him back again. The staff was attentive and kind.
