Everytime I walk in the door they are always happy and joyful. Their manager is amazing and so helpful. Every time I have needed help they are on top of it!
Woowee the staff working on Sunday March15 2026 need to get people training. SOMBER for sure. This should be an issue brought to their attention. Who wants to enter and shop and get this kind of service? I will not be back to this location, I will be sure to shop at the location near me.
The staff at the Des Peres location are always helpful and so easy to work with. I've used the self-wash several times (call for actual availability) but had the groomer wash and trim nails for our dog this time. So easy to schedule. Quoted a hour and 15 minutes, took right over a hour. Texted when he was ready. Normally he isn't fond of the groomers, but seemed just fine with it when I came to pick him up. The treats are great and hand made in the shop.
Lara was great! Patient kind and my yorkie looked wonderful!
