First time using the self-service wash and it was great! Clean, stocked with the essentials, and easy to use. Our GSD does not do well with groomers and does not like getting a bath so having a closed personal space to bathe him was amazing! Also, our babies love their delicious treats and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Came in yesterday and the store is just eerie now. There used to be much more staff and now when I go in there is only 1 person working handling every question, customer, and phone call and the quality diminishes because of that. Then I had a question about an ingredient in the homemade treats and ended up mentioning the lack of staff just to hear that the manager is no longer with the company?! I had a really disappointing experience here. I was initially surprised by the total because another employee had previously told me the item was $18. When I went to check out, the total came to $24.08. I politely asked about the price, and the employee told me it was because of tax. I asked, “The tax was $5?” and she immediately became defensive and said the item was actually $21.99. I said, “Oh, okay, thank you,” and left.
