They cancelled on me on a Tuesday morning. Rescheduled for Friday. I was 10 minutes late and they wouldn't groom my dog. Apparently they get to set all the rules. That's fine. Buyer beware .. it's a great spot but you are not valued. You are simply a commodity.

This location is great! I use the self wash and they let me use a happy hoodie from the groomer. My dog is very scared of the process (even thought she always gets lots of treats throughout). They always offer her pets and treats as well!
