Our recent experience is one that all potential customers should be aware of. Our pup was in for his routine groom when the groomer cut a large chunk (about the size of a quarter) off his little ear. We were shocked to learn Treats Unleashed did not have an emergency protocol in place nor did they have means to stop the bleeding on site. My wife and I brought our girl Tannis in for the trick or treat. Thank you guys for being so kind to our baby. She had a good time seeing all the puppers and making a new friends!! 10/10 We will be back!

Beware! I paid $200 for a 2 month kitten. When I took it to my vet, I was told that the kitten had a grade 5 or 6 heart murmur. The kitten is now dead after 2 months with us. There is no way that the vet that neutered him could not have found this unless he/she just went through the line snipping and cutting with no exam. I called them twice and was told that someone would call me back, but no one would call. Horrible place. We miss our little guy so much, and it broke our hearts to see him struggle to breathe.

I wouldn’t recommend taking your fur babies here, I had multiple family friends have issues with a certain groomer abusing their dogs. And not only abuse to animals, but mistreatment to employees who have gone above and beyond for them. Just don’t waste your time here and take them somewhere decent.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to go when I need a brain break on my lunch hour. They have the best treats for my animals. We especially love their puzzle toys. Staff is always super sweet and helpful!
