I’ve been seeing Mark for several weeks for my chronic neck pain and help with recovering from a shoulder injury. Every session has resulted in a significant pain reduction and increased flexibility. I appreciate how he explains the process in detail and offers suggestions for ongoing self care at home. I highly recommend!
Mark is great! He has helped me with (at least) a bad back, digestive issues, stiff neck, general flexibility, and the relief of a lot of pain. The work he does is useful for both acute and chronic issues (I’ve seen him for both) and general wellness. Not seeing him during Covid was hard but a few sessions have already made a huge difference and I know he’ll have me tuned up quickly.
I have dealt with chronic neck pain for the past 8 years that has been resistant to the numerous trips I have made to physical therapists and pain clinics. I am grateful to say that working with Mark has provided me the first feelings of relief I have had in years. 10/10 would recommend.
