I've done business with this company for many many years and had never had any issues. All the good people left and moved on elsewhere and the people who work there now are pretty useless. They're hanging on their phones or they're walking around like they don't have a clue what's going on. No managerial skills, no integrity, and lazy. This business used to be top notch! Not anymore! We visisted the show room this week and Spencer was our sales representative. He was great. We have visted the show room a couple of times to look at products, pricing and to ask questions for the building of our deck. All the staff have been very knowledgeable and nice and the prices are competitive. Thanks for helping us as we build our new deck. My husband wanted me to also mention Chris and Alicia were great as well.
One of their trucks hit a bump and some gravel flew off and cracked my windshield. These jokers decided not to take responsibility and even invented the myth of a hidden dumptruck throwing gravel. I have pictures. There was no dump truck. Your truck threw gravel on my car! Fix it!
