I would like to understand how you are promoting a business with a phone number that no one answers it’s been weeks I have tried to contact your spa to no avail. Close your business if you cannot afford Customer service simple.

I live close by to this spa and would love to occasionally drop in for a massage or facial however NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I can understand if it’s once in a while a call can be missed but I LITTERALLY (no exaggeration) CALLED 5x a day multiple days a week trying to book an appointment. What’s the point of even being open for business if you can’t answer the phone?..I don’t like leaving bad reviews so once I notice they answer calls properly I will delete this review.
VERY disappointedand disgustedwith the unprofessionalism of this spa. I had booked a HydraFacial WEEKS in advance toensure it was done before a wedding I was part of. The day of my appointment, I was told by the manager they needed to cancel as the esthetician had called in sick. This was irritating as I had planned my day accordingly as well as booked a babysitter for my baby twins.
