VERY disappointedand disgustedwith the unprofessionalism of this spa. I had booked a HydraFacial WEEKS in advance toensure it was done before a wedding I was part of. The day of my appointment, I was told by the manager they needed to cancel as the esthetician had called in sick. Wonderful facial! I live in the area and decided to drop by and do a facial since they were on promo. It was SUCH a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Cori who did my treatment that day!
Nobody answers the phone to book. Useless!
I would like to understand how you are promoting a business with a phone number that no one answers it’s been weeks I have tried to contact your spa to no avail. Close your business if you cannot afford Customer service simple.
