The service from this company was a disaster from the beginning. for the first two appointments for a consultation. The technician didn’t show up. I was assured that I would receive an estimate by email within a few days. It took over two weeks to get this estimate.. then the process for approving the estimate was complicated by the website, not working.then I elected the option to finance the $4000 plus bill. even though I was approved for financing., I was then sent a bill from Treasure Valley solutions for the entire amou... read more
Frankwin was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Really nice gentlemen to deal with. He put in a ring system with four cameras as well as 11 in ceiling speakers and redid my Eeros wifi extenders. He was very response to any issues and was always available for consult.
The lights looked nice but getting someone to take them down was kind of a pain.
