My initial consultation with Treasure Valley Solutions went well. I filled out their online form, and someone came to my home to discuss my project and what I was looking for. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them. I reached out several times afterward by both email and phone to follow up and try to schedule the next steps, but I never received a response. Amazingly clean work that exceeded my expectations. Franklin provides great insight, advice, and performed the work when needed at a very fair price. HIGHLY recommend!
Very clean, professional mounting on an uneven stone fireplace. Great input and advice from Franklin on what mount to use to make it look its best. I’ll definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them. The price was very fair for the work done

I used Treasure Valley Solutions to install a Ring security system at my home. Both outdoor cameras failed within 3 months. After several calls and broken promises, one was replaced, but the second camera failed right out of the box. I was promised a new camera within 3 weeks. That was 7 montlhs ago. I have sent repeated text messages, emails and I have left at least a dozen messages, but no one will contact me. I have used their AI chat on their website with many promises, but no contact.
