Treasure Island Foods A drastic improvement over the Co-op, Treasure Island is still over priced. The produce selection is good, and the meat counter is clean and well stocked. The markup is quite substantial over your run of the mill grocer, for example my usual past brand is $0.89 at Dominik's and $1.39 at Treasure Island. I find that at Treasure Island I usually spend about $120.00 on a weeks worth of groceries, whereas I manage to come out for around $80.00 at Dominik's.

I use Treasure Island for quick trips, and when I want something like lamb, but for run of the mill grocery trips, save your money and go to Roosevelt Rd.

European Supermarket I just moved to the neighborhood and happened upon this gem. There is a huge selection of cheeses, pastas, hummus, produce and European foods. Very clean establishment. I found some great deals on produce. Prices on most items are comparable to Jewel and Dominick's.
