I am a regular treasure hunt customer ever since I got to know about this store. And sadly I was devastated and shocked to experience something terrible last evening.I had purchased few items on July 24, 2024 and was informed by the store manager that it has a 30 days return policy on selected furniture items. However, since the store is closing down and was made official on August 5, 2024 they have started to withdraw and accept any refund/exchange since then effectively. There was a lady with red hair and she was extremely helpful with my purchase. So soft spoken and so sweet, before I was cashed out I had witnessed a customer being verbally rude to her and my heart ached for her. When I was checking out, I asked her if she was okay and she kept herself very professional but sweet. We had a lovely conversation I plan to come back again.
