We signed a sales agreement for a piece of lake property on a Saturday. Bob from Treadstone called me on Sunday to start the information gathering process. By Tuesday they had all of the information needed from us to send to underwriting for the initial approval. The process was quick and painless. Treadstone was very professional and accommodating. I would recommend them for any kind of lending needs. Jeremy and his team work hard to find the right solution to help with the lending process.
