Four years ago, I purchased an electric bicycle and have had it serviced at Treads several times. I really like my electric bicycle and it has been one of my best recreational purchases. However, at my recent visit to Treads, David (alleged regional manager) saw me, a 60 yo woman, and rudely dismissed me as inconsequential to his business. I brought my bike in to have a brake line replaced, which was completed successfully. However, in the process, they managed to get brake fluid all over the front and rear brakes which made them sound like a fog horn going off. When I picked up the bike they acted like I was dumb and just must not have noticed this incredibly loud noise coming from my brakes and it was "like that when (I) brought it in". I'm glad they're going out of business
