Not this branch but trac in general is not helpful at all. They allow money to draw from an over drawn account and won’t allow you to do anything about it even after you call. The “manager” in the dispute dept is not helpful and leaves you SOL when items should not be charged to the account still. I regret ever joining and will be looking for a new bank/credit union. I am sick of the way I am treated by the MAJORITY of the people I have to call and talk with. They seem to think everyone has all at every day to just wait and ... read more
