Brother applied for a 10 year Indian visa through them. They charged him 494 dollars and only delivered him a 1 YR visa. Are you serious? When asked for a reason they had none saying it was up to the Indian consulate. You can go straight to the Indian consulate and get an emergency visa good for 6 months same day for 200$. Unbelievable.
Family member just got his visa-he applied for a 10yr visa and got back a 1 year visa for 500 DOLLARS. When he asked for a reason he wasnt given one. I would give negative stars if I could
Save your money. If you need a visa just go to San Francisco, New York city or wherever your country has an embassy, spend your money on seeing that city and get your Visa fast versus paying them 500 dollars in hidden fees for bad service. They lost my application and charged me extra forovernight mailing that arrived days later. Ended up costing be over 2000 dollars since they didn't have my stuff when they said they could.
