People of the world please if you are African American please we are dealing with racism in the world and since I’ve been a member it’s been an issue. I feel because I’m not white that I’ve been mistreated and treated like I was nothing. My person teller by the name of Joseline So Very THANKFUL for her compassionate. Gesture bec she know n I know how to have a dwindling amount in my bank account and can’t even withdraw any money. To STEPHEN the manager or lead who gets up to help me in opening the door bec I seems normal in my gait but I’m trying to hide my arthritic limb. Thanks to these very good staff !
Very slow service
Horrible hours. Opens late for a bank.10 is to late. People need to go in before work. Apparently they don’t have many adults that work full time as customers. They stoped replacing debit cards when lost or stolen. It’s pretty much the only reason I came to this place. Patelco down the street and a lot nicer. *edit* they called me and left me a voice mail over giving them a bad review. What the hell is that?Why are you calling me? To talk about your hours? I’ll be closing my bank account soon.
