Cant dial local branch, phone tree needs a lot of work, just trying to get something super simple done...
I've been a member for years and the customer service is great. I come in and I'm out within minutes.
this atm at this travis credit union branch is a piece a garbage, doesnt take no cash or check deposits on weekends nor after hours on weekdays, its pointless to have that atm outside if the customers cant access services the atm have, Antioch branch has always been better, everytime I come to this atm theres something that is not working on that garbage atm
This is not a review of the bank itself. Love the bank. Just noting that one of the reps at their customer service hub mistakenly told me that the Veranda Plaza branch closes at 6pm when in fact they close at 5:30 pm. (05/07/2025)
Great experience as always. I recommend Stephen if you need help with anything from Travis CU. He helped me and my girlfriend with our joint account with some issues we had. Great help and experience from him.
