ending my membership with this credit union after receiving a new debit card in the mail with no warning, and after waiting 30 minutes on hold, being told I have 3 days to switch all of my payment details and that the card was being replaced because of a new logo and a tap feature I didn't request.
Not switching bank soon.
Friendly staff, unlike some banks. Griselda is awesome.
I really just font get it, this credit union seems to be limited, Ive tried using the ATM here in Pleasant Hill, the one in Concord and sometimes the one in Antioch, the ATMs never work, atms have limited services the customers can use, and the thing is they never fix the issue, they say they are but never do it 🤦♂️
