Been with Travis over 20 years and things are mostly perfect. I even had a car loan through them for 18 months. I wish online passwords could be longer. In person customer service was good but a bit slow.
ending my membership with this credit union after receiving a new debit card in the mail with no warning, and after waiting 30 minutes on hold, being told I have 3 days to switch all of my payment details and that the card was being replaced because of a new logo and a tap feature I didn't request.
Not switching bank soon.
