The treatment feels like the big banks now, they have lost the costumer service and personal treatment. I guess time to find another credit union with what credit unions should be.
travis cu changed my debit card details without warning and without permission. And not for a security risk or any legitimate reason- simply because they have a new logo for their debit cards. I now get to spend my weekend figuring out which auto pays I need to switch before my bill payments get rejected, because the part is - they changed my card at the end of the month.
