I’ve been coming to Travis Clayton location since they’ve opened the location. Branch manager has been excellent service has been excellent. He was always there for me and my family. His tellers have always been thoughtful, friendly and courteous always taking the extra mile for me. His agents that have helped me at their desk have always been great. Yes it feels like a hometown banking. I love coming there. I love seeing everybody and we have been very happy with Travis credit union at the Clayton branch. The Deichler’s
The experience would have been great until Gina said “ok, I am done talking about this topic”. I decided not to even bring this up to her boss as she was nice and quite funny and maybe needed coffee this morning …however, her customer service fell off once I felt like she wasn’t trying to give me good customer service. She needs more patience and better customer service, sorry. You just don’t tell a customer that.
