ATM stole $120. Went in person to the office and they refused to give it back.
Bought a vehicle and the dealership used these guys for financing. They are garbage. Membership fee, loan payment convenience fee of 10$ per payment. Predatory lending at its finest. Oh and good luck trying to get someone on the phone.
Came into get my debt card replaced. They don't open til 10am. We all pile into lobby as door open. Teller starts demanding, "What do you need?" And telling people sit down and stuff. The gentleman in front of me says, "That is not how you greet customers. It is, "Hello. Good morning. How may I help you?" The teller did change her questions, but had a tone.
