Good home-based bank Travis was my first bank, and I would have stuck with them forever if they had brances in santa barbara. Great people, that are understanding to new customers, and old alike. I stuck with them for about 10 years before having to switch, and had little problem explaining my needs, and having my needs met. A very highly reccomended establishment.
