I NEVER wrote reviews. but They misssd 2k in taxes that I had to remind them about that would have been just gone if I didn’t say anything. I don’t know anything about taxes and I corrected them. They took about 1.5 months to file my taxes and then on April 15th ask me to pay “urgently” for something that nobody told me about. So my taxes actually got filled late! Great to work with, very knowledgeable about taxes, reasonably priced.
Updated review : originally a one star. Unfortunately we did have a problem and a miscommunication from a new accountant . Donna did jump in and has been a huge help .she is the COO and does care about the company and the customer experience. She and her team jumped in and spent a lot of time helping us get the answers we needed and frankly , I am feeling much better about them as an organization.
