I've been booking hotels for my son's various sports for the past 6 years, over a dozen each year, and hands down it was the worst experience dealing with this place and their employees I've ever had. My son joined a team late- all they were asked to do was add another room to the group booking so I could go on and book. It was made very clear in an email that that's what they were to do.
