Not sure what the previous review about service was! I had lovely service experience with Jordan. She was interested in my trip, was able to look things up for me regarding notes and visas. The free eSIM was a bonus for sure. Will be sending friends here definitely
Had Jordan serve me the other day, she had excellent customer service, and was really informative as I had no idea about eSIMs until I spoke with her
2 stars for service, 0 stars for costing me $230 for aus to pesos exchange. Lesson learnt.
