Service was fantastic and very friendly, and best if all, they had all the currencies I needed.
Sam was lovely to deal with. She was very knowledgeable about currency exchange and was also able to offer some insight with the destinations we are travelling to. I will be coming here in future to get my money exchange :)
Poor exchange rate, card didn’t process and they don’t offer instant transfer on their travel card. At least she gave an instant refund when the card didn’t work. Obviously they are worried about the competition downstairs.
Highly recommend . Samantha was super friendly and the exchange rates were good. Samantha made the whole exchange process simple and quick.
For a few years now Sam has helped with my money transactions for overseas. She is always friendly, helpful and a delight to deal with. I won't go anywhere else .
