Terrible business here, can't cash a check because the don't have cash on hand. Really..!! A bank with no cash might as well close and go home
Both the manager and Shae (teller) are rude and unprofessional. They both need training on how to improve their customer service skills. After this I will be switching to PNC.
I went in to change out $90 to fives and ones. We have a business two blocks away, but I did not have an account. I was told by a very rude masked employee that it would cost me $20 to make the transaction. While I was waiting two women came in to open a account. They were turned away by the same employee because there was no one there to open a new account. I was shocked to hear this.
