The branch manager is awesome. She sets the tone for excellent customer service
On several occasions has this branch displayed poor customer service and overall morale. The business hours are not always honored as they never open on time. They will have you waste valuable time waiting for seevice they are not able to provide as their counterparts in better sides of town. This branch needs an overhaul. I have chosen to seek banking with another company as after 15 yrs of being WF, this broke the camels back.
The worst Branch. They treat everyone like they’re criminals so if you worked all week & you’re coming to cash your check it’ll take a hour and they’ll give you a run around even if you provide them with all necessary documentation. The manager has a Nasty Nice attitude. Her staff as well. They all need training this community deserves better
Had to go inside to make withdrawal from savings account due to the fact that at ATM, the option is not given.
