ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS! Do not expect staff to let you know anything about what they have booked for you. It was very unfortunate that the staff did not communicate or notify us that the airline they booked our flight on charged for things like carry on baggage, beverages/snacks on the flight, etc. This caused a change in how we planned to pack for the trip & an extra cost.
