I've been with Trava for almost 3 months now. I was having issues with a delayed shipment (first time that it ever happened). Rachel from support responded very quickly throughout the day and handled my issue with outstanding professionalism! She kept me updated every step of the way and quickly resolved the issue! I appreciate her so much!
Wasn't receiving my medication order and was finally told that the issue would be elevated. Rachel was very helpful in getting it resolved as quickly as possible.
