The staff were very friendly, caring and professional at Traralgon Fisio. I had physiotherapy there after a bike accident and it helped enormously. The building is conveniently located with good parking and access. The atmosphere is very relaxing and spacious. I definitely recommend their service.

I had ongoing neck and shoulder joint pain from doing a desk job and spending long hours on the computer, which was really affecting my daytoday life. Through my initial appointment and follow-up Telehealth appointments with Traralgon Physiotherapy, I felt I was in great hands. Mouli took the time to properly assess my condition, clearly explain what was going on and created a plan. Technology Gone Horribly Wrong! I attended the one Physio session in August for painful knees and I really regret doing so. Firstly I was shocked that the session was recorded. It was explained that AI would be used to make notes saving the Physio from having to do so. I did not feel the physio made any attempt to develop any rapport with me and felt the session was somewhat rushed but at least I was given some exercises to do. Can't suggest this place to enough people. Physio Traralgon and Dr Biyala have helped me a great deal! Helped my body move where it needs to move and stop moving where it's not ment to! It's always a pleasure to chat with Amber at the front desk and be greeted with a smile!

I’m really happy so far with the service for my vertigo. Feeling a little better today. This is only the first part of my review as I didn’t even get the name of the therapist that treated me but watch this space cause I’ll be back to review further.
