Placed an order 1/27/26. After several days of noticing that the order hadn’t shipped, I sent an email asking what the status was. I sent 6 more emails but no response. I finally called the customer service number and spoke with someone who “manages “ their customer service from another state. He called back and said he had sent emails and left messages inquiring about my order. I didn’t hear from him for a couple days so I called him back. He still didn’t know anything. Don’t purchase from them! They won’t respond to emails or phone calls. I never got my products and took my money. Never purchase anything from them!!
Placed an order online and it never shipped out, they don’t respond to emails or phone calls
Had to reach out to them and ask what’s going on with the order. They said they were missing a product that I ordered and asked to substitute. Said go ahead and they still delayed on getting it shipped out. Order was placed 11/22 and got a tracking number and but package is not even received at FedEx. I get being short on labor and being the Thanksgiving but the customer shouldn’t have to do the work of reaching out to you when you are supplying a product.
