Had to reach out to them and ask what’s going on with the order. They said they were missing a product that I ordered and asked to substitute. Said go ahead and they still delayed on getting it shipped out. Order was placed 11/22 and got a tracking number and but package is not even received at FedEx. I get being short on labor and being the Thanksgiving but the customer shouldn’t have to do the work of reaching out to you when you are supplying a product. Shipping is slow
Unbelievable excellent packaging of my shipment. Among other things, I had ordered several containers of lures and urine. Upon opening the box, I was expecting to smell various odors from the items, but I was shocked! I opened the box and immediately put my nose down in there to take a whiff, but I could smell absolutely nothing (other than the cardboard box and the packing paper)!
