Been a member with Transwest my entire life . they merged with UCCU . It has been the worst transition ever ! they’re online baking has been a nightmare to get working . shared branching is not even there sounds like they’ll never have it . Awful customer service.
They need to get a better hours set up. It's all over the place. How about a 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday and they need to open at least part day on Saturdays

I have had a account with Transwest C U since it was Garfield C U, opened it in November 1979. I have used other financial institutions but you never got the customer service I have always had, they know me rather I call or go into the credit union. Now tell me if you call any other financial institutions do they recognize your voice. Nooooo, they don't .
