They helped me right away, very friendly and helpful.. opened up a account got my card in about 30 min .
Been a member with Transwest my entire life . they merged with UCCU . It has been the worst transition ever ! they’re online baking has been a nightmare to get working . shared branching is not even there sounds like they’ll never have it . Awful customer service.
They need to get a better hours set up. It's all over the place. How about a 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday and they need to open at least part day on Saturdays
So happy to see UCCU expanding in the Salt Lake Valley! Everybody here was incredibly helpful and very friendly.
