Transunit has been extremely accommodating and professional. We have used them for stretcher transportation multiple times now and they have been fantastic.
Horrible transport the driver a real young girl with no training no verbal restraint . Harmful to the patient in which she was responsible for
Hi I really would like to show my appreciation to transunit Rockaway office rocks. They have Ben transporting me by stretcher to dialysis 3 days a week. They have also been taking me to my ortho appointment on a regular basis also to have my surgeries on my foot and ankle. These guys are great. I want to name a few that go above and beyond starting with the manager Adele. Then my Saturday guys Marshall and Bilal tthey make a great team specially with Marshals training and knowledge. I have been using Trans Unit as a means of transportation for my sister to dialysis three days a week for almost a year now. I can't say enough about how courteous and helpful the staff are when I call to schedule transportation. The Emergency Medical Technicians have been great! They are professional, compassionate and extremely kind to my sister and myself. We have come to know them and look forward to seeing them every week.
