I have been using Trans Unit as a means of transportation for my sister to dialysis three days a week for almost a year now. I can't say enough about how courteous and helpful the staff are when I call to schedule transportation. The Emergency Medical Technicians have been great! They are professional, compassionate and extremely kind to my sister and myself. We have come to know them and look forward to seeing them every week. I would like to say that that the staff is extremely professional the whole experience from the time of pickup and drop off was totally pleased with them being on time and pleasant, I would recommend this company to friends and family.
Their personnel are so friendly and very accommodating. My trip went off without a hitch. I’d be happy to travel with them anytime! Thank you!
Steer clear of Transunit. The last four SCHEDULED trips consisted of these problems listed least to worst. 40 minutes late but made appointment. 1 hour and 20 minutes late and hospital appointment was canceled. The last two SCHEDULED trips were canceled approximately one hour before pick up. Not acceptable when you have a scheduled appointment at a hospital for wound care.
