Dear Bill, Transtar is a fine company for those that need the service. I find the majority of all the drivers to be very courtious and helpful. They help in just about every way that they can.. For the most part, I feel very safe with them, but on ocassion have had a driver that I have been very uncomfortable, and very much afraid to be riding with.
