Please if you can avoid this company just do it. You can see how many bad reviews they have. PESIMA COMPAÑIA!! Eviten si pueden este transporte y paqueteria. La señora que pesa las cajas, que tiene muchos años trabajando ahi en Grand Prairie, no se si sea la esposa o hermana de los dueños, pero la actitud taaaan despota con la que te trata siempre que quieres hacer un envio es de lo peor. Terrible service ever... Caution only use for emergency if you really need to travel. My experience with this company was the worst. 01/04/26 First the sit wasn't working. It was all the way to the front. The maintenance guy took 1 hour to fix it. I do understand that it wasn't his fault but the company should tell their employees what is wrong with the bus, so they can have time to fix it. 2nd the Ac wasn't working at all.
