Two stars overall for this business is too high. Wish I could give it a 0 star review. They forgot a sweet old lady outside of my work. She was left in the cold and snow for 45 minutes. My coworker had to run and give the lady her phone so she could call them. Dont waist your time and money using them.

I live 10 minutes away from my dialysis center my sit down time is 6:15am but they pick me up at 4:45am drive around then drop me off at 5:00am I have to wait over a hour to receive treatment plus have to wait about a hour to be pick up . I've file the complaint with motive care and nothing still it's like these people don't care

They have been good the last couple of weeks to come even though my internet and phone went out when i thought i would bundle with verizon. Bad mistake on my part

I've had mostly good experiences, honestly, but I did have one driver who showed up way earlier than needed and then proceeded to be disrespectful and who tried to pull me out of the vehicle. (Had to complain) After that it was good again until I called at 740 am to check the ETA of a ride for an 830 am appointment. They told me the ride would be there in 20 min.
