Horrible!!! No one answered the phone and I called 7 times (5 the day I got the ticket which was yesterday) and (2 today). They’re open but I haven’t been able to get into contact with anyone. Been trying to get ahold of them for 3 days. Got my ticket saw the lady told her I’d be down in a minute and she said okay proceed to rush to leave. Horrible customer service and horrible management.
They charge alumni parking tickets after one year of graduation for an unknown game day parking rule… what kind of school is this…
I’m not sure if this is where they answer calls on the speakers but the two people that answered mine, threatened to charge me when I have a permit to park where I do. Then they hung up on me and wouldn’t pick back up. They were claiming my UIN didn’t have enough numbers but I was let in the morning with absolutely NO issues at all, VERY unprofessional and a disappointing way to represent what TAMU is about. I wish I’ve gotten names.
Needed to buy a pass and office was closed when i got there even though door says open 8-5. Website says open 8-5 as well so just be aware of that. not sure what their hours even are
