I would give 0 stars, if possible. If all parking permits are somehow sold out for the term then you are forced to pay for parking every single day even if you are a student who pays them tens of thousands in tuition.

They cited me while I was parked on the street - i.e, city property, where there have 0 authority under Eugene municipal statute. Then they argued with me about how they didn't care that it was illegal because they can do whatever they want.

So many lots are poorly marked. Parking behind a business near campus was apparently UO parking and not for business patrons. There is no clear signs of who the parking lot is for. There's no point in appealing because they will deny it every time. It is not appealed to normal everyday people, but to the parking enforcers who want your money. 7/13 they helped me resolve a ticket issue after their normal office hours. That is very nice of them and top tier customer service.
