witnessed one of your drivers traveling 30 mph under the speed limit on highway 65 while clearly on their phone. this wasn’t just annoying, it was unsafe and disruptive to traffic. if this is the standard for your drivers, that’s incredibly concerning. i would not feel comfortable being a passenger in a vehicle operated like that.
I have scheduled 4 rides, and 3 of the 4 were set up incorrectly. The T-plus staff that supports incoming calls are very rude and will not offer any type of resolution when the standard response for resolution for the mistake is not even actionable, due to timing, or urgency of a situation The agent is so busy giving the scripted response, they do not even listen to concerns. Horrible experience - repeatedly Very poor customer service.
