This guy like to tailgate.
Driver did not show up at contacted time was rude about it on the phone, They refused to issue a refund even though they did not provide the service
once again they have not showed up for a residents ride they are never on time always late or don't show up and then call a hour past appointment time and ask if they still need a ride worst ride compony ever do not use them
Transportation Plus just can't get any of my pick up or return rides correct. Said I didn't have a return ride home from my doctor's appointment! Also sent a ride on the WRONG day.
terrible med cab service. you get a text when they’re on the way but no call or text when they arrive. when they inevitably leave they mark you as a no show and customer service doesn’t care or send a new ride. blue and white taxi is way better
