One of the worst experiences we've had with a carrier. Communication is absolutely key in transportation — yet this company is nearly unreachable when it matters most. We had to call over 10 times just to get basic updates on a time-sensitive shipment. They accepted the load and confirmed the delivery date — only to go completely silent when it came time to deliver. Hired them for my 2 load. They booked & kept on saying that driver is on the way and then stopped attending calls after a while. No driver showed up at both locations. Next Day, dispatcher gave an excuse that he had no driver available. He Should Have said that before so I could have hired someone else. It was an important shipment. So Unprofessional.
