The worst. They handle permits for Case agriculture mfg. I ordered permits at 8:44 am. At 10am I sent another email letting them know I was still waiting. At 10:30 I was informed my application was missing information. I corrected it immediately. Finally got permits at 11:40. Missing permit. I called in While on hold the missing permit showed up. The crew at Transport Permits Waterloo is second to none. I have been dealing with them for nearly 20 years. Always friendly, helpful on point with timing! They are a true asset to the oversize trucking community! Thank you all for everything you do!
Good people to work with, always gets it right.
Sent in permit order on Thursday. They didn't bother to even send it to CA. until today.(Monday)I will NEVER use them again!
