The transport driver saw my mother being wheeled down the driveway and continued to put the lift up and leave. It's one thing to have a schedule. I get that. It's a whole different subject to leave the elderly that are right in front of you and close the door. We haven't had this issue with this company before but this particular driver was wrong. It was apparent that he put the lift up when he heard our lift. People who work with people should be vetted. When you do things like this to those who need you, it creates despair... read more
Very nice company
Ture good place for medical transport. Driver are very nice knows Cleveland area.
This is a company that transports mostly MR/DD clients. The 2 office workers that handle dispatch and operations appear to be genuine and down to earth. As well as the company appears to be very organized and put together.
