When someone needs this service it is mainly for them to get to appointments on time. It has happened twice where they arrived to pick up my mom at the time of her appointment making her late for these appointments (she hasn’t been using the service for very long). How does that make sense? For the most part the drivers have been nice. However, the first time this happened my mom mentioned to the driver that he was late and therefore she would be late for her appointment. He said he wasn’t late and was a tad condescending.
