We had an important appointment at 11:00 AM, and the pickup time was originally scheduled for 10:10 AM. At the last minute, it was changed to 10:57 AM, making us late. Very reliable and kind helpful drivers. Mostly. But important to ensure driver knows if the passenger has cognitive disorder. Husband was dropped off wrong destination; i randomly learned he hadn’t reached his destination and the police found him wandering hours later. I had to escalate a complaint and strong Apology given but my Android tracker wasn’t good enough so I had to buy an iPhone AirTags and insole holders to track him after that.
