When someone needs this service it is mainly for them to get to appointments on time. It has happened twice where they arrived to pick up my mom at the time of her appointment making her late for these appointments (she hasn’t been using the service for very long). How does that make sense? For the most part the drivers have been nice. However, the first time this happened my mom mentioned to the driver that he was late and therefore she would be late for her appointment. He said he wasn’t late and was a tad condescending. April 29,2026 10:40 am Oh will Very disappointing experience again with this transportation service. We had an important appointment at 11:00 AM, and the pickup time was originally scheduled for 10:10 AM. At the last minute, it was changed to 10:57 AM, making us late. When I called to get help, I was told to contact the complaints department, but the line was too busy to even get through. That says a lot about how often this must be happening. Very reliable and kind helpful drivers. Mostly. But important to ensure driver knows if the passenger has cognitive disorder. Husband was dropped off wrong destination; i randomly learned he hadn’t reached his destination and the police found him wandering hours later. I had to escalate a complaint and strong Apology given but my Android tracker wasn’t good enough so I had to buy an iPhone AirTags and insole holders to track him after that.
