Always bad service there, lack of professionalism and very rude every time I talked to them.
Transaction went thru twice. Can’t get anyone to answer my phone calls or emails. Horrible experience. How do they get away with stealing?
Been on hold for almost an hr. Super glad yall outsourced the calls. I know it’s hard being open for those 2 hrs a day in marathon. Poor fellas. Wish they gave you every single holiday off.. wait. Fyi- the customer support line doesn’t even know what their webpage looks like. You’re calling a stranger who knows nothing. Excellent choice.
